From several winding machines for different requirements to a fully automated universal testing centre for magnets, we cover a wide range of manufacturing technologies. Automated processes ensure high efficiency for medium and large quantities, while experienced employees carry out manual processes for the production of smaller quantities and special manufacturing steps.

Our products are subject to strict quality controls throughout the entire manufacturing process. In addition to ongoing process monitoring, all electromagnets undergo end-of-line testing in accordance with our customers' requirements. Thanks to our specially designed universal testing system, we can fully automate the measurement and documentation of insulation voltage resistance, ground connection, coil resistance, force-displacement characteristics, switching times and important dimensions for 100% of the products we deliver.
